What if you find out you have a disease that will fuck you up. You have all the time in the world to prevent it from making a shell out of your life. Before you end up not being able to walk, talk, or wipe your own asshole. Yet it's not terminal, and you have decades more to go. Maybe your memory goes too. So, now you are a vegetable. You can eat, you can shit, and that is it. You could have offed your self if you had the balls. But you would not have had the balls, which makes you a coward any way you look at it in your estimation.
