Californian's will be receiving an inflation relief check in October. Are any other States doing this?

Of course you have to be a working taxpayer to receive a check. They will be estimated around $250 - $300. Two people and a child will get $1050.

These checks are not from the Federal government. They are from the State's budget California has state taxes.

@Guy13 California is not bankrupt. In fact they have a surplus of money and that's where these checks are going to come from. These are not checks from the federal government, but from the State's budget.

And this is how inflation happens. This is fuel on the fire. The reason why we are in the mess we are in is because of all of the stimulus checks.
