I don't know if you notice, but this implies lefties are the motor for change accelerated (good or bad) between the two.

So not all, just most. Just like most positive change is headed by lefties.

It just happens to be that most change proposed isn't for the good.

Hard to call ghengis khan or victoria lefties or good, as one example.
