Not really since the president can The classify whatever he wants in a simple tweet Biden could release the nuclear codes and it won’t be a crime for him to do so, he would have declassified the active nuclear codes in a tweet. There isn’t really a process he needs to go through in order to declassify something the president just does it.

There would be political consequences of course the 25th amendment might be involved because releasing the active nuclear launch codes would be only something an insane person would do but he could do it legally. There really isn’t much the President can’t do. Hence the saying the President could shoot and kill someone of 5th ave and he president couldn’t be indicted. Congress would have to go through the entire impeachment and removal from office process which could take from days to a year and a half. Giving how now democratic won’t impeach there president and republicans won’t impeach there president so we would be left with the president completing his 4 year term or 2 terms before we could indict the president. Plus there no law the states the president could just pardon himself of the murder this is why John Adams said “our system is set up for a moral and religious people and is inadequate for anyone else” without that moral and religious basis the President can potentially get any with anything he could be guilty as sin and there’s nothing we could do about it

Unfortunately there not, the president can declassify anything even the nuclear launch codes there’s pretty much 0 red tape the president has to go through to declassify anything. He could post the nuclear launch codes of Twitter without any legal consequences.

There’s only 2 things that could be done invoke the 25th amendment saying the president is out of his mind and is not mentally fit to be president but that has to come from the VP (Harris of course isn’t going to do that) so he would have to be impeached in the house (even though he hasn’t broken the law of course the house could Impeach the President because they didn’t like the socks he wears) then the senate with Morgan 60 votes could remove him from office that’s all that can be done. The President has a lot of power it’s dam near impossible to remove a sitting President from office especially when we have a situation where the president is the most powerful branch and he can get away with taking the VP on fifth ave and pulling a gun and shooting them in the back of the head execution style. We act like the president isn’t above the law the presidents about the law there’s nothing the president can do especially without divided the political parties are right now that he couldn’t get away with
