It would be hard to measure since illegal abortins are not recorded anywhere official to have a factually accurate number. It has been theorized by experts in the medical community that illegal abortions were fewer after roe vs wade although there have been instances where they still happened with minors, or women who lived too far away from a safe and legal clinic. We may see a rise in the birth rate would might gives us some indication, but even that could drop with all the vasectomies and tubal ligations that are on the rise with young men and women.
