No. 3% is paltry weak Republican bullshit.
15% higher than the next highest tax bracket, increasing for each additional million/owned business. Paid directly to IRS and if sheltering or tax evasion occurs, it's max security lock up without bail (or % of net worth bail plus the taxes to deter evasion, billionaires don't understand anything other than money - make it cheaper to obey the law and they will).

Cure all cancers sounds great but only if the cures are made open source and distributed widely without profit motive. A cure for cancer was already destroyed decades ago due to financial institutions shorting the company into bankruptcy - again, the rich don't care if you die of cancer, they care that you pay more than you'll ever make in your lifetime to get treatment.

There's already a plan for ending world hunger than Elon Musk said he'd finance if he was sent. He has done nothing.

Taxing corporations and billionaires fairly (as above), will provide enough resources to eliminate poverty.

So, no, but only because this is weak ass shit and not nearly enough to make an actual difference. But also, Democrats and Republicans both are mostly bought by corporate lobbies.

So make corporate money in all its forms being given to politicians a felony offense.

Having a "plan" for something does not mean you were going to achieve it. A plan like that is impossible to end it success, and even if it wasn't they make too much money from pharmaceutical companies to do that anyway.

Although it would be nice if all them things were possible, a mere 3% income tax would be ideal. Right now they pay 37% . To get us to ratify the 16th amendment in 1913 they told us it wouldn't go much beyond 1% with higher rates as high as 7% being for the "rich", within a few decades those high rates were pushing 94% with the minimum being 23%.

Its best to remember politicians are professional at getting elected (IE Selling themselfs), not generally brilliant business men, good organizers, nor even innovative inventors.
That means they almost exclusively have no idea whatsoever how to accomplish anything and little background in even finding and organizing people who do.

If they did they would have done so already in the private sector, and running for office would be less appealing. Instead most politicians are lawyers both because the profession gives them a leg up working in politics and the political office gives them a leg up working in the legal system when they make it more complex and obscure.

Regardless lawyers are not rewarded for efficiency or cost effectiveness. Both concepts are in fact undermining their earning potential.

Of course not. Because it will do the opposite. Just look at the Student Loan Debt thing and the Inflation "Reduction" Act. It will do the opposite of what it's name claims. All you have to do is understand how those things actually work rather than simply looking at the name. You need to read about it and understand it. Listen to podcasts or credit sources that break down the many layers that play a role in all these bills. And taxing the rich will collapse the economy. Plus, I'm sure that 3% is nowhere near enough to solve all those problems.

a good plan that is implementable with measurable results... and they are executed at the end if it is not achieved, maybe. no in general because these are people that for the most part, have never run a business. it's not viable. govt doesn't solve these things, motivated people do... using govt resources of course.

It depends, I would ask about their plan and how they are going to use the money to do that. They would also have to only tax billionaires the 3% for me to support it. They can make the sacrifice. Too many other people are already making too many other sacrifices.
