I don't think i've ever met a hot girl with a good character before. If i saw somebody like her in the street, i'd scorn at her, no matter how hot she is. I'm only asking this to gauge others' views. I can do something and take note of what others think, and then move on.

In summary, no it doesn't make you a bad person. It is normal to dislike someone who in your experience is bad. I believe it is the wrong way to live though. I personally think each person in this world is an individual and they shouldn't have to pay the price for someone else's deeds.
