Doctor shouldn't be sued or lose their job. It's good that they forced the abortion.

If the procedure had already started, not completing wouldn't have saved the baby and she'd be at risk of major health issues, perhaps death at the baby died inside her.

If they hadn't begun then it's sexual assault and they should be prosecuted and struck off the medical roll.

Bear in mind the reporters sensationalise for maximum effect and present a biased opinion not a neutral one these days.

Doctor should be executed or get life in prison. My rationale is this:

Voluntary intercourse is legal. Involuntary is rape.

Voluntary abortion is (or was then) legal. Forced abortion should be murder.

Yea I think they should def lose their job for that. They should have told her to go home and think about it. Any woman I know that’s had an abortion lives with some guilt for doing it so it’s def not something to take lightly.

It would need to be investigated and depend upon the circumstances was she not in a position to voice a well considered opinion?

@Agagagagaga Cori is a politician and not one with a great track record of honesty. She is also running in an increasingly conservative State, that doesn't think very much of abortion.

Depends, if the doctor was already half way through the abortion and then she decided that she wanted to keep it in the middle of the process then it would be unethical for the doctor to stop it but if she said know and they just did it anyway the yes they should be sued
