I would say it depends on how bad the president is. I don't like Joe Biden but I think he's a symptom rather than the problem. He's also completely useless and a Useful idiot, both at the same time. A bad president could be much worse, a dictator or something. I would rather have Biden than a cat but I'm choosing a cat over a dictatorship.
