If you were left in an empty room for a year, what are 10 things you’d bring and how would you spend every hour?

What are TEN things you’d bring into this room? (Can’t be a person)

Rules: you’ll be locked in this room (photo attached). There is an attached bathroom. You’ll be locked inside for a year. Three meals a day are provided including fresh clothes and towels each day. It will be simply furnished with an air mattress, night light, small study table, a clock and a fan (not counted as part of the 10 items you can bring into this room).

How would you spend every hour of each day?

Eg. 1 hour of reading, 2 hours of exercise, 7 hours of sleeping, 30mins of reading, 45mins of meditation etc.
