I think some people may hate it because the world sees it as “out of date” or view it as “being lazy”. However, those ladies never stop. A 9-5 job ends but being a homemaker doesn’t end once a clock shows a certain time.

I see women who hold conservative values in regard to marriage shamed quite often. My wife has, and she was one who was once very liberal. She's now traditional relative to the rest of society. She's submissive toward me and yields to my judgement. She cooks, and she cleans, and I take care of the finances, assets, and lead the marriage. When she started to transition into a more conservative mindset and approached our marriage in this way, her friends at the time mocked her. Her mother criticized her harshly. My sister holds traditional values to marriage as well. She as well has been mocked and viewed as less than from other women. I've engaged in an entire discussion of women talking about this exact topic. I've never seen traditional women talk in an illicit way about working women. Obviously they disagree with those choices, but I've never witnessed them put them down. However, in a corporate setting, I've seen working women openly talk down and harshly criticize traditional women. This is my anecdotal experience. We live in a pretty progressive society here in the US. When you go against the grain of that, there are social ramifications.
