There are multiple dimensions of success, but being able to care for my family and have a bit extra left over is the absolute baseline for me.

10,000 is pretty good, I was doing that for a while but working 300 hours a month to do it.
Eventual goal is to be making that after tax, hit that and I’ll be a happy camper
