Why do Eminem still live in Detroit?

ALL cities, including Detroit have some nicer neighborhoods. Detroit is one of the biggest cities in the US and has some of the nicest and richest neighborhoods. There is a boatload of money in Detroit. Yes, it has some really shitty rundown neighborhoods also, but that is only a small portion of the city.

It took me mere seconds to find out he lives in Clinton Township, Michigan, which doesn't count as Detroit proper. It's a rich AF suburb of Detroit, where Ford CEO's also live.
