It is just a weird question. A trumper simultaneously believes that trump worked a miracle in getting us the vaccines. . . that poison and kill us. And that the "gumberment" created this fake hoax of a virus.

But China started this deadly virus that killed so many people with Dr. Fauci. . . who claimed we should take this fake vaccine for a virus that is no more dangerous than the flu.

I even gave Trump credit for that at the time. The new Republican frontrunner, DeSantis governed a state that had weeks of time to prepare and still managed, despite hinderences from vaccines, masks, CDC recommendations, etc. to kill tens of thousands of Floridians more than, say, New York, which was hit really badly at the outset.

I saw that. The current death toll in Florida is over 83,000, in New York (that lost 30,000 in the first couple of months) it's under 75,000. DeSantis is handling it really well.

His pushing the development of vaccines by making orders on the basis they would be accredited was good. His refusal to wear a mask in public, only in private, undid a lot of that.

Yes, notice that he continues to get no credit for this and all the other things he did to get the country through an epidemic. If Biden was president he would still be looking for a pharmaceutical company owned by minorities to make the vaccine.

Ha! Trump got booed by his own supporters for telling them to get vaccinated. Any president would have done the same with vaccine development, other presidents would have worn a mask in public even if they took it off in private, rather than the other way around.

I always saw that he was against the vaccine or spoke out against it, as well as eating masks. He didn't wear one until much later. I do remember he was talking about having people get injected with some chemical to avoid getting sick (?). and that some people actually drank hand sanitizer and died as a result.

He was talking about systemic cures and if you could make pills to give to a dog to get rid of fleas maybe the same could be done for covid.

It is up to the individual what he/she puts in their bodies, The government has no right to make people take medication if they don't want to. Biden made people lose their jobs and than not be able to collect unemployment if they did not get vaccinated. People were kicked out of the military and cop and fire fighters were fired. Forcing people to do something will only result in more pushback.

Goaded--another thing is that the Coivid19 vaccine was not available in America until late 2021, and by that time Biden was already president. Trump had nothing to do with its implementation. The first people who had the vaccine were the English.

Well, he did commit to the government buying a minimum number of doses of the vaccines before they were proven, but of course it was smart people who did the work, dating back over a decade.
