You'd hope that it dies away with newer generations but I don't know anymore.

Nope, it's still alive and well. How it expresses itself might have changed a little over the years, but it's still there. You still see most father figures in television shows being basically absolute idiots that only get by due to their highly intelligent wives keeping them in line. I could go through thousands of examples where it's done to both sexes, but you probably get the idea.

The shitty side of it is it's usually the ones that think they're all goody goody in the moral department are the worse offenders of it. Look up the term "reset the clock" as it pertains to 'male feminists.' It's like an open joke among a lot of us on the internets dot com, that male feminists only need some time before they end up sexually assaulting a woman. I can tell you firsthand that the first person to call me a "faggot, small dicked bitch that can't get pussy" is a pro LGBTQ feminist... it's like their rhetoric goes right out the window as soon as they are pissed off that I don't fully agree with them.

Yeah... it's still a shit show out there.

No I just see insecure, lazy people who CLAIM everything is "sexist" merely because they don't get their way. Any kind of real sexism nowadays, is more likely to happen to men, than women, but people don't count anti-male sexism, for some reason. Not that I'm complaining about it. People suck; just ignore the bad and focus on the good.

I experience it at home every single day. My mother treats me and my sister like s**t and my nephew like a king just because he's a man. He doesn't have to do what we have to do and he doesn't have any responsability.

I see lots of real sexism from immature people of both genders who aren't nice to be around in general. Forcing sexism to stop (whatever it means to you) won't solve anything because they're still immature people who aren't nice to be around.

Well, considering that I do everything I can to avoid people (and try twice as hard now cause covid's leveled up) I haven't seen it in person. But man people be some dickheads online tho. I like to think a lot of the sexism, racism, etc, could be solved if people just sat down and talked things out like adults, but instead they just want to make the person sitting across from them "The bad guy".

Not at my current job, but at almost all of my previous jobs I have experienced sexism. Sexism against men in the workplace seems to be pretty common from what I have experienced and seen in real life where I live.

Yes. Due to ESG goals enforced by the government and Black Rock, I couldn’t get work after getting laid off because they “need more women” in my old profession. This is outright institutional sexism.

I don't witness it a lot in person but you see posts online a lot. if anything I've seen a lot more sexism towards men as of late but overally I like to think it's happening less and less.

I do think it has a lot to do with people being incredibly cautious when it comes to saying anything too. People just take offense to anything these days so you're better off just not saying anything.
