I have only heard about the most extreme examples like Johnny Deppe ever being successful with suing for false accusations.
However Johnny is wealthy and famous. He has a high powered legal team to protect himself. Most average guys don’t have those resources. What’s worse is most average guys could have their careers and livelihoods ruined when they already just trying to make it by.
Anyway there have been some recent videos of “fitness feminists” videotaping “creepy men” for glancing (not staring) at them while they are working out. The most prominent video is a OF model named Jessica Fernandez who video taped a man for “glancing at her” at the gym. Here is the breakdown:
- Jessica was working out in a squat rack and doing exercises that aren’t not meant for a squat rack. The man could have been waiting to get on it.
- She is a IG and OF model. In the video she is wearing tight clothing that shows her body. You can debate whether or not that doesn’t cause people to give her more attention. But just saying.
- A man in the background quickly glanced at her 4-5 times. He didn’t look at her longer than 2 seconds (tops) at any point.
- At one point he politely asks her if he can help her rack a heavy plate. She says no and he just walks away.
- She secretly videotapes him without his consent calling him “feral feral feral” the whole time. She posted her horrible “experience” on TikTok, Twitter, etc.
- She is later forced to apologize. But his image and likeness is already publicized and he has been humiliated.
She ultimately humiliated herself posting this video. She is also a OF model (extreme hypocrisy) and this gave her tons of publicity.
But still this man’s reputation was damaged with all this bullshit. Could he have a successful civil lawsuit for character assassination from what she did? As far as I know he’s not a public figure. It’s not legal to slander and libel someone like that.
If I was him I would definitely look into suing this pos.

no I don't believe an average man has ever successfully sued a woman for false accusations nor do I believe it'll ever happen in our lifetime.
for a man to protect himself from character assassination is only going to lead to more character assassinations. it's a complete double standard and misandrist
Trump is constantly being emasculated for suing the likes of CNN for their lies and defamation which is bullshit because now the "weaklings" think they can run their mouth without consequence.
people have been calling Kyle Rittenhouse a snowflake for suing everyone who defamed him even though he had a right to do so.
Vice News Media is a propaganda machine that'll have people defending them from being sued by the Tate brothers for that fabricated hit piece they made. "oh see, the Tate bros ain't real men, they're just pussies for suing Vice" etc.
also I find it funny when people say age gap relationships have a power imbalance in favor of the man yet Amber Heard for the most part was abusing her greater power and relentlessly destroying Johnny Depp that is until the evidence came out
now as for the "creepy" guy in the video, there's not much he can do. a lot of her simps, cucks, white knights and male feminists will throw the guy under the bus. feminists and the sisterhood will try to ostracize him from society etc. reputation destruction is what women are good at and many get a kick out of it. it's basically their version of bullying but whereas regular bullying is designed to hurt in the short run, reputation destruction is made to hurt in the long run.
society simply refuses to address bad behaviors from women and calling that shit out makes you a sexist/misogynist/incel/prude/pick me girl/sellout etc.
Someone has to take a stand though despite the blowback. A movement always starts with a few martyrs.
Moral decency, decadence, and 10 Commandment worldview loss leads to fallen self leadership. This world will not improve short of catastrophe and national hardship.
Men are too independent and proud not to organize at fight back at this bullshit.
Yeah, you need to get a lawyer though and take their advice and have evidence.
People sue for defamation all the time.
Famous and/or rich people can. Because you always take a risk in a civil lawsuit. If you lose then you are out the legal fees.
But men are even more reticent to initiate lawsuits on situations like above. They are supposed to “let things roll off their shoulders” or some crap. A judge will likely be more sympathetic to a female victim in a civil lawsuit vs. a male victim. It’s this asinine old school zeitgeist that woman supposedly are unable to harm men. In modern times they are VERY capable of harming men.
The male victim (yes he is a victim of defamation) could have had his reputation destroyed, kicked out the gym, lost his job and possibly lost future career opportunities (this is a worst of all).
His girlfriend/wife could have seen this and interpreted in wrong and left him. His family would have been embarrassed. Women he started dating would look this up and quickly change their opinion of him.
If I had an option to be (privately) wrongly physically assaulted vs. having my reputation publicly destroyed despite not being hurt I would taking getting beat up ANY day.
What she did could have very likely permanently damaged him. Too many modern women do this heinous bullshit nowadays without remorse nor fear of reprisal.
Thats why you go through like due process like anyone else and get a lawyer.
Men and women both do this, it's wrong. Dude... anyone is capable of hurting anyone else, which is why you should stick up for yourself.
Im seeing a lot of could haves, not a lot of should haves.
man up, get a lawyer and take her to court. Unless you just want to complain about how unfair it is, which won't fix anything, and the cycle will keep repeating. Which is why it's you have to do something about it.
