Why Don't You Want DeSantis to be our next president?

I thought DeSantis was so great and Florida is so great because of his governorship. Then I posted the question here asking who would you hate to be our next president and a lot of people said DeSantis. Has something changed that I am not aware of?

And I would love to see my governor become the next president!

Florida is becoming more conservative every year. DeSantis can't run for a third term in 2026, so we had better find a good replacement!

Well let's see how tortured people in geronimo bay which if you look into how we got people their it's shady as fuck hell we even tortured and killed at least 1 innocent man that I know of in that place though their is most definitely more. That political stunt of sending people Mexicans to bidens house or whatever was just a human trafficking, he's against the COVID vaccine that saved lives, he arrested multiple people who were allowed to vote because they voted real American their and he may claim to be against big corporations but he's giving out billions in tax refunds to the biggest companies and not the average person like Disney I think he gave them 600 or 700 million alone

Uhm. . . how is he going to beat trump? And if he does win the nomination, trump will claim he was cheated. And trumpers have take his word. They believe there isn't a such thing as him losing an election.

So if that happens, he will threaten to run third party, thus ensuring the dems win again.

So you are stuck with him until he decides he doesn't want to run any more.

The ONLY reason I wouldn't want him up next is because Trump has a ton of unfinished business to attend to and it'd be MUCH better for us if he got back in and dealt with that AND THEN Ron could take over after Trump, giving us at least 12 solid years of good government!! If Ron won this next election, it's doubtful Trump could get his chance again, unless he was Ron's VP, in which case, we'd only get as much as 8 solid years of good government. So, which is better, 8 years or 12?
