You are a fuckwit not to have researched before buying.
You will lose all your money, and even the land itself, with possible jail time added for good measure if you fuck around with protected land. It's no joke, kiddo. Don't be fucking stupid and bulldoze in.
There was a case a while back where a guy cut down his neighbours protected tree. He ended up having to shell out 10 grand in fines plus courts costs. If that was just for a fucking tree can you imagine damaging a whole patch of land?
When you purchase property, research first to determine whether it is suitable for the purpose you intend. If limits are placed on the property after you already own it, through eminent domain, the entity limiting you is required to pay you fair market value for the property. Your logic makes as much sense as someone raping your kid sister because you wouldn't put out.
Did you buy the lot without assurance of being able to get a building permit?
In an email when I asked the county about the land uses they said I could:
Zone: A-2-2: Heavy Agricultural Uses: Building single family residence Crops cultivation (field, tree, berry, row and nursery stock) Greenhouses and raising cattle, horses, sheep, goats, Poultry, birds
But even when I applied to build a shed desperate to build a dwelling they denied the shed from Walmart which is insane.
