Why does this keep happening?

What is interesting is who they are able to build a lucrative successful career posing a minority.
But I know people who have said on college or job applications that they are of a different race, ethnicity, religion, sexuality, gender and so on.
A cousin of mine lied to get into college claiming to be a Hispanic Muslim lesbian after college applications got turned down. She died her blonde hair jet black, got a real dark spray, got curls in her hair and dressed like a Hispanic woman and she got into her preferred college.

  It's a huge industry, the charge that because they can. If I ever get money together I'm going to buy a house beside the local college and charge college kids a fortune.

Interesting, like Dolezal, or whatever her name was years ago. I guess it comes down to what laws she broke, and what harm they do.

When I read about these people, I really only see devotion to charities and promoting equality. Again, if she illegally gained some govt incentive, or whatever, then that’s punishable.

Why they do it? People do crazier things to get known. Maybe she lied a little at first and it snowballed.

I know a bunch of guys who are pretending to be trans women to avoid hiring discrimination against white males. As for liberal women, I think it is mostly status seeking. The higher one is on the intersectional stack, the less the stigma of being deemed to be an “oppressor.”
