It was Trump's reworking of the Dodd Frank Act to exclude smaller regional banks that allow the SVB to collapse, even WITH their poor management. It was Trump's relaxing of the liquidity rules that aided the crash. It was Trump's rolling back of safety rules that allows rail companies, (paper mills, mining companies, factories in general), that allowed for the conditions of the train crash in East Palestine.
