What should happen to women who falsely accuse men of rape and/or sexual assault? Also, do you think the men accused are innocent until proven guilty? (Page 2)
Maybe a hefty fine and a year's probation. At the least that is lying to the police and/or making a false police report. That in and of itself should be prosecuted.
I think they should face the same punishment that the person they falsely accused would have faced.. Which would be felony charges, being forced to register on a list, and up to 25 years in prison.
You know, you are basically making a point that is a threat to the whole feminist agenda. And also another way to prove that men's life is just harder if you like to say you have the privilege.
We had a case here where a young woman accused multiple men of raping and trafficking her she was proven to be lying and sentenced to 8 and a half years
However much time the guys have to spend in prison for being falsely accused, more time for lying, more time for trying to ruin his life, more time just because. Yeah that’s fine with me

If caught lying she should get the same sentence as the man she accused though most feminists will be against this.
You should expect that most of the time in a just system you won't be able to know one way or the other.
The full extent of the law, of course.
But there will always be extenuating circumstances.

Oh and innocent until proved guilty no matter what.. Though some feminists would disagree with this. They want guilty until proved innocent.
The men are guilty until proven innocent. It will continue that way until have had enough.
Then i can also say thesame thing for women
@Aiko_E_Lara You can say it but it will not matter because we have privileges. For example, watch this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uccExOPMrI

They are certainly half guilty until proven but not innocent. Because there’s no smoke without fire.

She should have what he's getting or what he would have gotten.
A women? Falsely accuse a man of rape? Impossible!!!
The #metoo movement clearly tells us that women are saints that can do no wrong.
well obviously they should get a very harsh punishment. a punishment appropriate for trying to ruin someones life.
In UK a girl just got 8 years for false accusations,,, same sentence as the guy would have got,,,

They should go to jail or at least get psychiatric help.
Give them a sentence of a rapist. Let them experience a bit of what the accused could go through if her lie was believed.
If the false accusation is proven in court, she should get the same sentence the accused rapist would have got.
Should be 180 days of jail time for defamation and false accusations, no different then a judge holding you for contempt
Throw the woman in jail for the same amount of time that the man would have gone in for. Simple as that.
Of course. And there was a recent story in Europe of this. Woman went all out to nail two guys for some reason. And they caught her.
Give her the maximum sentence that he would have had with no chance of parole.
