There's no specific word for it. In most places the consumer laws require stores sell the item at the lowest posted price so if they forgot to take the post down (unless the post clearly lists the expiration date on it), then they have to sell it to you at that price.

The only word that fits your sentence is comp as in we're going to comp you. But that means give it to you for free because of the inconvenience, it doesn't mean agree to sell something to you at the advertised price.
