Tenants can be evicted for farting in the wrong direction if it's in the terms. They are just leasing the place, after all.
Check your lease and it will say on it, somewhere, things that will get your lease terminated. If you piss your landlord off too much with noise complaints, then they will usually kick you out.
This has been more than sufficiently answered for you all the other times you asked it. Just stop making so much noise and this won't be a problem for you.
