This is a bit off topic, but you might like it. A guy I talked to was taken to court because his neighbor said he destroyed his bushes. He may have weed whacked a few, but he didn’t destroy them. But the judge convicted him for destroying the bushes.
I asked him if he ever saw the movie “Double Jeopardy.” He said he hadn’t.A very wealthy man in Seattle faked his own murder, and framed his wife. There was no body found, but the wife was sent to prison for murder. Once in prison, she got a job in the kitchen. Her work pal was a lawyer. The lawyer asked the lady if she knew what double jeopardy was. The lady had no clue. The lawyer told her to locate the husband, and hopefully find him in a busy place like Times Square, and blow his brains out.
The cops can’t do shit. It’s NOT murder to kill a dead person. Lol

Even though I’m a personal injury lawyer, as a general rule I would consider a lawsuit a method of last resort for conflict resolution.
It seems incredibly stupid to not try and work something out, first. But some people get off on suing people. It’s a job for some folks.
