To shoot someone is more a public offense than a 'private' thing.

If the boy is tried for attempted murder, I'd somewhat understand it.

But personally making a profit from someone else's wrong-doings is simply:

'Greed-Capitalism'

Also: I don't think that 'justice' can be achieved by 'paying something' - that's cheap.

No. But it's just a sign of what America has become that a teacher needs to sue for justice and her bills to be paid!
