You are not able to and there is no such right under sovereign laws of any country. For good reason.
Spain seems to be rejecting Amber Heard's presumed right to rock up and say I'm living here now. You have to obtain permission. The US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are the few countries that have substantial immigration programs, though barging into Germany worked for a while.
Even if Amber wanted to live in Antarctica where there are outwardly only cute Emperor penguins to say no, she'd find she had to get agreement from Australia or New Zealand or Argentina or Chile or Norway or France or UK to say yes you can.
Australia would take Amber to do her 20 years in jail but most likely would put her in flight risk detention after she got out whilst deporting her was worked through.
If a Hollywood legend can't just go and live anywhere then who can?
Of course. Anyone can move wherever they want to as long as they follow all the immigration laws of the country. I’m not sure why some people on this site are so against immigration when their ancestors were probably immigrants too. You can’t build a country without hard working immigrants.
Bullshit, they can't according to most laws. You have to meet certain criteria to enter most countries and some countries won't take anyone in at all.
@wonderbell99. People are not against immigration. They are opposed to ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. There is a big difference. To come here legally you have to be of good health and have a job already. President Trump wanted the best people to immigrate. People with marketable skills are college degrees. He wanted people to come here and seek opportunities and pay taxes and participate in the vision our forefathers had for America. Biden is letting the dregs of humanity in bu the million. Countries are emptying their prisons and insane asylum and sending them to America to live off the taxpayers. There needs to be a special place in hell for him and all his handlers to punish them for what they did to this country.
@exitseven Obviously, I’m talking about legal immigration too.
This was my exact line from my opinion “as long as they follow all the immigration laws of the country” meaning, I don’t support illegal immigrants either. I’m talking about some people who don’t even respect legal immigrants.
Looks like both of you haven’t read my opinion fully.
@DarkLegacy Dude, im talking about LEGAL immigrants ffs. I’m not American, so I don’t fucking care what’s going on there. You can immigrate to other countries too, not just USA. If people follow the immigration laws of the country, and are qualified and have skills, they will be given a work visa. Yes, I’m aware that many countries have strict laws, but people still get in legally. I have tons of relatives who have moved to different countries.
Obviously, the visa won’t always be approved. But your chances of getting qualified is relatively high if you’re skilled.
@wonderbell99 i also don't live in the USA, and what about North Korea. People are not allowed to leave let alone enter.
No because I provided a value to society to make enough money so that I could buy my property and build my house. If someone had the right to live on my property, then I assure you, I would not have offered the value I did in the first place. I would have just mooched on someone' elses hard work
This is why God invented private property. Just because you are born does not give you the right to trespass on somebody else's property. This is all BS perpetrated by people that are too lazy to work hard to get their own property. It is easier to whine about it and accept a handout from politicians that are trying to buy votes.
Should I have the right to move somewhere nice? Yes of course.
Should someone from a shithole country be allowed to come here? Definitely not?
Yes, as legal tourists who pay for their shelter and food, than go back.
No, when they come as welfare parasites with lot of demands but no skill.
Globalism? it's human right for a stranger to enter your home? I like the cop in that video. :)
https://www.youtube.com/embed/xtUuf_JGFpoNo I believe in private property rights. I don't believe some random asshole can kick in my front door and say welp this looks nice, it's mine now.
nope... I don't want random e-girls squatting at my fridge
Good question. Does someone have a right to move into my apartment? Camp in my backyard? In the city parks?
I wish it was though, I would love to move to any country of my choosing and instant rights and protections under the law.
not anymore it's not - land has been claimed and divided and fought over for CENTURIES, it's too late for everyone to be all happy and equal landwise
''Human Rights'' are a political invention of a few self-privileged nations' representatives from a good while back.
There's only one real ''right'': the right to try something.
No, that would be completely unworkable - though I would like to live in Buckingham Palace now that I think of it
Well... all animals have right to live anywhere, cross any border except for one species that is homo sapiens
So I have the right to live in Beverly Hills? No.
Quit pumping out too many babies and it won't be as crowded and miserable where you are...
Yes when all countries occupy all earth.
No, of course not. That would be insane.
Could never happen
Yes 🙌
No, we have laws.
Nope.
