Conservatives are anti-war in general, and are fed up with BOTH parties funding endless foreign wars. That's the biggest thing.

Conservatives definitely don't support the invasion of Russia into Ukraine, but the story is much more complicated than just that. The US made a treaty agreement with Russia in 92 that we would not expand NATO in the direction of Russia, as part of Russia pulling out of Eastern Europe and allowing their former allies to become independent. Every US president since then has added countries to NATO - except Trump - and that includes W. This has antagonized Russia greatly - but that's what the elite want - endless proxy wars so they can get trillions of dollars in defense funds, which leads to massive profits and massive influence in Washington DC. Both parties are guilty of this, and it has undermined our economy for decades and come at the cost of US (and other) military members and million of maimed and killed civilians.

The MAIN problem the elites (including many establishment Republicans) were so against Trump is because he shut down the wars, and refused to start new ones, despite HEAVY pressure from the 3-letter agencies to do so. He authorized one missile attack very early on because he was told it was critical, but civilians were killed but no major targets. He was pissed and refused to authorize further strikes - instead he got 6 peace treaties signed.

The elites were furious - they could no longer keep funding for many projects that they were counting on for kickbacks and high-paying jobs for their family members - that's how politicians make most of their money and wield so much influence.

Biden just does as he is told, and rakes in many millions per year for doing so - just like most presidents following Reagan. It's the taxpayers whose money is diluted and wages stagnated. Taxes always go up because those wars must be paid for, as does inflation. Your income should be at least double what it is, but all that extra value is sucked out of the economy to pay for wars and other borrowing, so that big slices can be stolen by the elites.

Conservatives are not Russian supporters. That is a fallacy made up by the fake news. Conservatives are against giving Ukraine a blank check to have a forever war. I would think most conservatives would agree with funding this war to the same extent all the other NATO countries are funding it.

Its Red vs Blue and so they have to take different sides. Since Biden is supporting Ukraine, conservatives have to support Russia. Also Trump was friendly with Russia when he was in office.
