So far surgery hasn’t been needed cosmetically to “fix” anything. When my boobs sag I’ll probably get them done.

Depends on what the surgery is for. In America that would be barely enough to get some teeth fixed or maybe some laser eye surgery, the type of cosmetic surgery many people justifiably need.

All surgery has some risk, some recovery time, some need to use pain killers. If someone is disfigured, I understand, but I wouldn't recommend it for someone who is OK to begin with. There are far better ways to look attractive.

Smile. (really - it make more difference than any surgery). Or more importantly - be happy and let your face show it.

Exercise and work on balance, may be take martial arts, so you move with grace. Not some sort of artificial grace, but the grace of a leopard beautiful in its motion because its so smooth and efficient.
