I can definitely think of sadder things but I think it’s kind of sad some people are so unhappy about their physical appearance they are willing to spend $5,000, $10,000 and sometimes even more to get surgery entirely for aesthetic and cosmetic reasons.

It is sad 😔 Girls in my school that are considered pretty really beleive they're not. They talk about getting their noses redone or they want bigger breasts. They beleive they can't attract a guy unless they have these things done.

There are many people who aren’t transgender that dislike the way they look. Some people may feel their ears are too big, they breasts are too small, their nose is too wide, their forehead is too long, their lips are too big or their chin is weak.
This question isn’t about transgender people.

Yeah, that's what I said. Loretta Switt was never a goddess but, she looked fine until she got her lips done and, now, she looks terrible because of it! Same with Dolly Parton. Joan Rivers didn't need any of that, either.

Some people don’t go overboard with the cosmetics. They only cosmetic surgery I have ever done was forehead reduction hairline lowering. I don’t think it’s obvious to complete strangers but it’s obvious to my family because they have seen me beforehand. Anyway it made me feel better.
