Every criminal will try to displace their responsibility on others, this isn't something new. Problematic is justice system that want to save money and avoid imprisonment of criminals which deserve long jail sentences. Of course there is social backlash and mainstream media tries to defend the system while belittling responsibility of the culprit and create false accusation on the victim. Like "she wore too short skirt"..."he said the N-word"..."he had the wrong skin color at wrong place and time"...
