How many more times will be be indicted before the 2024 election?
President Trump is already the first former president to be indicted. Soon he will be the first to be indicted twice?

How many more times will be be indicted before the 2024 election?
Don't communist dictators arrest their political opponents?

When Trump said it, it was racist. When Clinton said it, they loved it.
@WalnutButter Let's not forget Biden and Obama both came out against gay marriage, too.
And so did Hillary! But libs will deny it, even though there are videos of them saying it. It's like Russian collusion for three years. Then when it's debunked, no problem, just move onto a new lie.
@WalnutButter Oh, and let's not forget the revelation that the "big guy" was bribed by Burisma that came out yesterday.
I haven't heard about that one. It's too bad the justice department is corrupt, and the Republicans don't do anything about it.
@WalnutButter www.foxnews.com/.../biden-allegedly-paid-5-million-by-burisma-executive
This is why the trump indictment is the main story on the news.
I sometimes turn the news off for a few days so I can get a break. I didn't know this. I did hear that the head of the FBI was refusing to give over documents, so maybe this is what that was about. I'm sure that CNN and MSNBC will cover for the Biden crime family. Did that moron press secretary have to respond to this?
This is Democrats with extreme TDS on a mission!
And, I should add, Democrats stupid enough to not understand how they are guaranteeing his election victory!
@msc545 An indictment simply states the ALLEGATIONS against a defendant. It is not evidence of those allegations. There is a very common saying among prosecutors that any competent prosecutor (which is who leads the grand jury) can convince a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. Since the DOJ and FBI have been weaponized, the process has lost all credibility and I frankly don't care what the indictment says.
Seven years ago, you would be asking me if I had actually read the Steele dossier, which many people vouched for as representing the absoute truth. . . remember?
@OlderAndWiser The voice of reason as usual.
I always appreciate your kind words.

The historians say he's dangerous because he wouldn't turn over position of power. Anyone who tries to overturn an election should not even be allowed to run again. It really is disgraceful. I can't believe anyone would even allow this man to campaign again. And no I'm not biased because I don't like Biden either. Someone on here called me biased one day. (People just throw words around they don't even know the definition too!). I favor no one!
I honestly believe one of these indictments are going to land the man in prison, pardon or no pardon, there are limitations. It's only a matter of time before more females come forward. And people still have the balls to say it's fake. One female could be lying, but another, than another, and before you know, a dozen? No. Then people still want him to run. I always tell them, think about this. "If he wasn't Donald Trump, would you still want a rapist as an elected official?" I really believe that there are going to be a lot more indictments.
Well, let's see...
His company was convicted of fraud in NY.
He lost his defamation case and may lose another.
He's indicted in NY over the illegal hush money.
He just got indicted over the documents and subsequent obstruction and deception.
Georgia is likely to indict him over the election interference.
He MIGHT get indicted for sedition associated with January 6th, but I suspect he won't.
So, I'll go with 3.
I have to admit, the documents case is worse for him than I thought it would be. The 31 counts regarding the 31 documents was significant, but minor in a way. What is NOT insignificant are the 6 counts related to the obstruction and deceptive actions taken by him and that he KNEW he had "national defense information" that he was supposed to return. Unfortunately, that was recorded and likely what put the grand jury over the edge as they agreed to indict Trump.
This is serious shit if you read the indictment for United States of America v Donald J Trump and Waltine Nauta
I'd say out of his potential indictments, this one is the worst because we have a smoking gun and this was played out over a long period for the country to see.
When I ask a liberal why they hate Trump, they honestly don't know. They usually say he's a racist. I ask them for an example, and they can't give one.
This whole thing is very simple to understand. The New World Order is attempting to happen, and Trump won't go along with it. He knows it's wrong. So now the FBI, CIA and IRS are owned by the Dems. They all know where their bread is buttered. If Biden wasn't so senile, he would make a perfect puppet for the new world order. But they will find a new stooge in 2024, and the Dems will love him. They will love him because the left wing media tells them what to think, and they obey.
As many times as they can imagine thing to charge him with.
To democrats Donald Trump is Moby Dick, they will go to whatever extremes simply to attack him.
In raiding his house they have crossed the Rubicon in changing the nature of the game in making it that much more difficult for every single future president to agree to step down peacefully after an ugly election.
Their current legal abuses of Donald Trump only reinforce this new practical reality all future presidents will have to consider before agreeing to step down peacefully.
Its very difficult to see how the Republic survives this new precedent without the compete establishment of the means by which future presidents could persecute their predecessors and challengers.
Its just a matter of time now.
This is a completely unnecessary self-inflicted wound. He had the full power to declassify anything when he was President. He took the docs while still in office. Literally all he had to do was make it clear that he had declassified the documents and this indictment could not have happened. Now, even if this get thrown out or he gets acquitted, people should question his competency based upon this.
And no, I do not think Biden is fit for office, either, so don't bother going there with a false dichotomy.
Hard to tell. He has admitted in interview to doing many things that are illegal yet he is not smart enough to realize that or to follow his lawyers' advice and keep his mouth shut. But he could serve as president from prison. Gets down to the old argument of can a president pardon himself.
@Red_Arrow can you or anyone find one single thing that he said he did that was illegal?
@msc545 Hush-money for the sake of familial interests is not really the greatest bribery scheme. He had sex, didn't want his wife to find out, so he paid the pornstar, who then still ended up breaching the NDA. It's definitely not good, but it's realistically not something groundbreaking.
Retaining classified documents is also not good, but is apparently common practice, seeing as every goddamn politician seems to have at least a few somewhere in their basement or garage. If Clinton was let off the hook despite not having the right to declassify, if Biden isn't being indicted over his documents (left in a garage which his idiot drugged-up son had access to), it's strange that Trump is the one facing such scrutiny.
@Naydyonov The bribe might not be a big deal except he did it because he was afraid of his behavior becoming public and of that revelation hurting his electoral chances - he does not care what his wife knows or thinks as evidenced by his past behavior with women. His attempt to conceal the fact of misbehavior with the porn star, therefore, means he was illegally trying to influence the results of an election. I would not so lightly dismiss this as there are also tax law violations involved.
As for the classified documents issue, Trump was asked and also told via subpoena to return them, and he did not and in fact resisted those requests and demands multiple times. That is the reason he was indicted. The others you mentioned DID return whatever they had when asked without difficulty, which is why they are not in trouble. Had Trump done the same, he also would not be in trouble. However, he didn't, and he is in serious trouble now.
@msc545 if he did pay storm daniels it was through the business that he owned. Not a crime. He can pay off anyone he wants. Having an affair is not a crime. He did not retain classified documents. Everything was declassified before Trump left office. The president has the authority to do that. The VP does not. That is where the real crime is.
@exitseven Hahaha! Joke post?
@supercutebutt No he actually seems to believe this shit.
@msc545 I fear @exitseven is a severely mentally ill man. :( He seems straight up troll, like a Russian trying to divide us and failing miserably... but to keep going and going and going indicates a very severe illness. It's legit sad.
@supercutebutt I disagree. I have had plenty of completely sane interactions with him. He is just, for some reason, fixated on Trump.
@msc545 I do not see how a rational person could not see that there is a two tier justice system in this country, just like in Argentina. The House Oversight Committee just received access to a document that has been hidden by the FBI. Director Christopher Wray had to be threatened with contempt of Congress before he finally turned it over. It is a statement from a trusted FBI informant who alleges that both Joe and Hunter Biden took 5 million dollar payoffs from Ukraine in exchange for Joe changing certain policies when he was vice president. It details how the money was shuffled through shell corporations and found it's way into the bank accounts of multiple members of the Biden Crime Family. It is not direct evidence but it will be a guide for forensic accountants to work through the money trail and hopefully put the Biden's behind bars. This should be the biggest story since Watergate but there have been absolutely no mention of it on the fake news. I would not be surprised if this is the first that you are hearing of it yourself.
President Trump gets indicted on a totally bogus charge that will fall apart and it totally designed to be a distraction and it is all over the news.
A sitting President using his DOJ to arrest and convict a leading political rival and leading candidate for the next election. It is a sad day in America and even sadder that you do not think there is anything wrong with it as long as your guy wins.
You still want to deflect and talk about Biden and I am not going to take time to respond to that since this is really about Trump - and yes, it IS political given that Trump and the Republican party are trying to destroy democracy in this country which I find appalling.
Be sure to tell me how "bogus" the charges are when Trump is on his way to prison.
@msc545 Trump is trying to destroy democracy, therefore conduct a witch-hunt to find any reason to send him to prison?
"But he's done criminal things" you'll say. So is Ron DeSantis a threat to democracy? What about Nikki Haley?
If truly you believe Trump individually is a threat, I can understand that. But if you're just going with the position that any Republican candidate is a threat, then we go full-circle back to the question of whether Trump has actually committed crimes worthy of prison or whether you just want him gone.
First, Congress does not have the right to anything it wants. There are procedures for getting access to some things. That is necessary to keep protected information from being released without proper consideration to what is allowed and what damage it may cause. Keeping the information hidden while reviewing those things is for the safety of our country, and in many cases to keep secret the identities of agents of our government to protect us and them from actions from foreign agents. Second, trusted informant or not, the information may be true or not, so must be investigated. It can't be just believed because Faux News says it is so. As you said, it is NOT direct evidence but can be used by forensic accountants to work through the money trail (if it exists) and once it is verified and proven, you can tell your story of shell corporations and a Biden "cartel".
"President Trump gets indicted on a totally bogus charge that will fall apart..." You apparently missed the news that Trump is NOT president and has not been for a couple of years. And the evidence which has been presented to a grand jury was convincing enough to result in them levying many felony charges against Trump. And it appears that Biden has not participated in the process. He has made a point to remain out of it if only to ensure that conspiracy idiots cannot claim he used the DOJ to arrest and convict a political rival.
And most of this falls back on the problems with the classified documents. A president can declassify documents. But it is necessary to carefully review the information and make sure that information harmful to our nation and to friendly nations is not unnecessarily released. To help ensure that, there are procedures that must be followed. He cannot simply say that he declassified documents. Each and every document declassified must have a written report that it is declassified. And those documents that are declassified must have that classification removed. That did not happen! Those documents are still classified! And even if they get declassified, they are part of the record of the presidency and must be retained in a federal archive, not removed and displayed at a country club. And when told to return them, he claimed he had returned them and did not have them any more. All lies! The man is a mob boss and needs to be put in a federal prison!
@msc545 democrats are destroying democracy. It is already illegal to disagree with the democrats. Look at what they are doing to Trump over something that all presidents have been doing for years. They are doing it because he is going to beat Biden in 2024 and they have nobody else that is any better.
No!!! All presidents have not been stealing documents (taking them instead of leaving them with the archives is stealing). All presidents have not been showing classified documents to visitors to their club house. All presidents have not been claiming to have turned them over when they hide them in offices and storage rooms. "It is already illegal to disagree with the democrats." One of your dumbest statements. And it is the Republicans that have been working their hardest to take the right of voting away from many citizens which is definitely destroying democracy.
Guessing three. The purposes of these indictments are distraction away from Biden and he FBI. None will stop him from running and the clown shows may strengthen his support.
Who knows. The Dems have been trying to destroy him by hook or by crook ever since the 2016 election. They have dedicated 6 years to demonizing him. So they'll keep trying. And they are totally hypocritical considering the fact they are all guilty of even greater criminal behavior.
I'm not a huge Trump fan, but FUCK the Democratic party.
thanks for reminding me, now i remind readers "indict" is written by the accusing lawyer it is not the "judgement verdict of guilt". politics motivate indictments... so i expect many more... similarly reminding people of indictments to make a candidate seem ugly. i condier it pathetic that trump opposition stoops to this and name calling even "fat shaming" like biden is thin but who would vote "for fatso".
Hopefully 10 more. Career criminal and con-man deserves it all. All he had to do was give them back like Pence and Biden did but admitting he has something he shouldn't is such a laughably impossible thing for him to do because he thinks that makes him less than perfect, so he got himself indicted instead. Totally lacking in common sense. Deserves to be indicted for being that dumb.
@msc545 Trump maintains his innocence. He never said that he did not have the authority to declassify documents. That may have been wishful thinking on the part of the DOJ. It has been shown there is legal presedent going back to the Clinton administration where Bill Clinton stored classified material in his sock drawer. A judge ruled that as president he could store them anywhere he pleased.
As if that would matter. Want to read the classified documents Indictment? Here it is in full:
storage.courtlistener.com/.../...sd.648653.3.0.pdf
He will be indicted as many times as it takes to keep him in a bad light and hurt his chances of re election, can imprison him, bar him from getting elected again, etc. That is the game plan the opposition has against him.
All I know is, Trump seems to be growing stronger by the day every time they try to take him down.
He will be back come 2024.
@WhiteBoyChill. I am afraid that after thus thing falls apart the only move the democrats have to save their bacon is to take him out
He wouldn't be indicted if he didn't commit crimes. I'm disappointed that only Georgia is looking into his election frauds, not the other six Republican states. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised, though.
the imbecile that lives a country that had the worst dictator in human history who was famous for arresting politicians who opposed him has decided to talk! 😁😁😁😁
@Filthy_Immigrant The US is very much like 1920s Germany right now. Hopefully, you'll get it right.
no shit, but luckily me and not a lot of Americans aren't as stupid as you and the German's that fed the Jews to the wolves back in the early and middle of the 20th century
@Filthy_Immigrant If you think Trump is innocent, yeah, you are that stupid.
Ho wouldn't be indicted if he was a democrat. Instead of looking at the real crimes like Jsmes Comer is they are fabricating an other fake crime to keep the public distracted. The fake news have been talking non stop about Trump for the last 3 days but there has not been a single mention of the sitting president taking a 5 million dollar bribe from Ukraine.
That's because the only "evidence" that Biden took a bribe was that a paid informant told the FBI that the briber told them that they'd done it. You think a former president being indicted for crimes he obviously committed shouldn't take precedence over a years old, uncorroborated, tip to the FBI?
@Filthy_Immigrant Republicans in the House have had the contents of the Hunter Biden laptop for years, now, and they haven't found any evidence against the president. That's not the way these things go if the accusations are true.
I never mentioned innocence, I mentioned evidence, and one person saying they were told something once is not serious evidence. (Someone with knowledge of this "bombshell" document said it doesn't say the president received the money. Maybe someone ripped off the briber and kept it all.)
@goaded what fucking planet are you from? democrats have been hiding Hunter Biden's laptop since our last election. they just recently started digging up and exposing everything in it cause Twitter, Google and all these other leftists platforms were censoring it as much as possible. but now that Elon Musk bought Twitter the tables have turn
all these indictment bullshit against Trump is just a distraction against the real criminals that you support.
@Filthy_Immigrant I'm from planet Earth, in something you might have heard of: reality.
House Republicans have had the laptop for ages, they even published an interim report back in November last year, full of outrage and short on facts, let alone evidence of crimes. They have nothing.
On the other hand, you have the indictment with decades of potential prison time, backed up with audio, video, written evidence and testimony showing that Trump did all that he's accused of. It's only 50 pages, read it.
s3.documentcloud.org/.../trump-indictment.pdf
Earth or not, there is a major distance between the US and Germany, therefore there is no way you know more about what goes on my country then I do.
and no, there hasn't been 100% publications about the laptop yet, republicans are still waiting for the right moment to expose what Biden and the rest of the democrats have been up to so once again you can take all your propaganda about my country up your ass and worry about what goes on in your country instead. seriously if everyone is as naive a lost as you then you all bound to have another Hitler one of these days.
I also doubt that you work for the FBI yourself so your pdf document is not doubt fabricated
@Filthy_Immigrant "republicans are still waiting for the right moment" Are you kidding? They've been making the claims almost daily for years, what they haven't done is provide any proof.
And you think I carefully put together a 50 page PDF just to fool you?
You put a 50 page horseshit just to satisfy your delusions and connectives dissonance.
But when Biden gets caught with his hand if the cookie jar you better be ready to put together pages on that too
@Filthy_Immigrant I didn't write the indictment, the DoJ did! It's right there in black and white, but you seem to be scared to read it and find out what the case against Trump is!
Scared of what? Who do you think I am you? Mr I’m from Germany and don’t want to admit political corruption exist today despite being bullied by Nazis
Till then fuck the FOJ in case you’re too retarded to realize it the FOJ is ran by George Soros. The guy who weapon used black lives matters and uses similar corruption scheme that Nazis used on your country back in WW1 and WW2
@Filthy_Immigrant There's political corruption, but few Nazis in German politics today. Get your head out of what happened two or three generations ago.
You're coming out of the woodwork since Trump got elected, with your anti-Semitism, hatred, and belief in "The Leader", no matter how corrupt.
@exitseven The FBI is still run by Trump's appointee.
im guessing two. who knows, they will hammer him... he's competing with a guy that's barely functional, so to even it up, will take some work. At minimum, another harassement lawsuit from 40 years ago.
Definitely for trying to overturn Georgia's election so at least that. Despite that he's committed who knows how many hundreds of other crimes, I don't remember hearing much about any others so I'll guess that's the last one.
The projection is strong with @exitseven
Do you really think Smith has forgotten about January 6th?
Depends on how many more illegal things he did. I haven't heard much more other than the Georgia folks are after him. Is there anything else? I wouldn't exactly be stunned if there were more. He never has grasped the concept of the Presidency as set by the founding fathers. He thought, and still thinks, he's some kind of King, free to operate without oversight and thankfully the Constitution was written to prohibit that.
The Pence and DeSantis logic is pretty awesome: These charges against Trump are unfair and should not stick, but he should not be allowed to be President again.
However many times it takes to distract retarded sheeple from the fact that they are pants pissing TERRIFIED of him and his announced plans to end their new world order.
As many as it takes to discredit him as a candidate. Third world stuff, this.
I would laugh if someone else won the presidency & gave him a presidential pardon.
I didn’t even know you could pardon yourself & in that case best of luck to President Trump & all the presidential candidates as well.
