Do you think people who over apologize, or apologize for every mistake are soft/weak?

Soft yes but weak no. It takes courage to apologize, a lot of people have a hard time apologizing even though they know they're in the wrong most likely because of their ego. It can get annoying for sure and can make you appear insecure (I used to apologize for every little thing) but people usually does that out of habit bcs of past trauma or some other thing, or that they're a people pleaser or that they're just a very apologetic person to begin with. I'd choose a person who over apologizes any day compared to a person who never own up to their mistakes.

Well it's not their fault, it's the result of over-critical parenting. But yes people who are constantly apologizing are very annoying, especially when they keep doing the same thing over and over. But how else can they validate their life script?

every mistake? that depends on what is considered a mistake because school boys have been made to apologize to their female classmates for the audacity of being born male

I wouldn’t say weak. It maybe they’re suffering from some sort of trauma where they’ve been abused and they constantly apologize. That’s my guess, I have no idea 🤷‍♀️

That would make them soft but not necessarily weak. Weak people don't like apologizing

If they're suffering such mental health issue and survived that, that would actually make them a strong person.
