Of course it is, that was the whole point of this investigation and trial. to facilitate spying on and political slander of Joe Biden's political enemies. Same as Joe's Russian gate investigation.

Nobody has ever done this before because we have never had such an openly corrupt president as Joe Biden.

Yes, it's giving one candidate additional airtime and publicity on the eve of an election. Other candidates should be complaining about this.

It's been shown many times that a high percentage of people vote on name recognition alone. Someone at the polls on Super Tuesday is going to eadily recognize the name Trump.

Im not sure if it is or not. Courts are usually backed up for months, which it can take up to a year sometimes for a person to get a trial, especially criminal courts.
