According to the ex-prime minister Theresa May Israel and Wales are the same size. So given that Wales is largely unoccupied should it become the new promised land?

No, they should give Wales to the Palestinians. The Jews already own a country and aren't going anywhere. Give it to the Palestinians because nobody wants them. Egypt just shut down its border and refused to let Palestinians enter as refugees even though Israel warned them to leave so they don't get killed while wipe out Hamas. None of the Arab countries want the Palestinians so give Wales to them. The Arabs have 1,000 times the land mass as Israel yet in all these decades they didn't let the Palestinians in. They use the Palestinians as human battering rams. They want them there on Israel's border to wipe Jews out.

Palestinians fled Israel in the 9040s after Jews bought their land and the League of Nations declared Israel a legal nation. They voluntarily left for two reasons.

1. They hate Jews and didn't want to live with them and;

2. The Arab countries around Israel told the Palestinians to leave Israel so they could send in their armies and kill all the Jews. They told them not to worry, they should flee Israel, then they would kill all the Jews and they could come back and take their land. So the Palestinians thought they only had to leave temporarily. WELL SURPRISE surprise. When like 7 Arab nations invaded Israel and outnumbered their new army like 10 to one, THEY GOT THEIR ASSES KICKED BY THE ISRAELIS.

And now... GUESS WHO IS ***NEVER*** COMING BACK?

Give Wales to the Palestinians. The Jews are staying right where they are. In THEIR country.

I think all of you folks need to read up a but on your history of the middle east over the past 250 years.. the only reason any of this is going on today us because of European (particularly British and French) involvement and lies combined with their (at least then) systemic racism against anyone not white and antisemitism.

Do I think there should be killing? No. Do I think there should be the murdering of civilians? No, and that statement goes for both Hamas AND the IDF, who, being state sponsored should be held to a higher standard than terrorists (the intentional bombing of hospitals is a war crime)

All of this is fucked up, the most fucked up part is that it seems Israel is following Feank L Baums advice and the world supports it. Seems to me if they don't succeed in that goal, they are just creating another generation of extremists. What other path is left to a person when their family is murdered and their home bombed into oblivion because of the wrongdoing of others? You can call it collateral damage, but to those people its more than a statistic, it's their entire lives, and any man would want his pound of flesh after watching his children murdered by cowards who fire artillery from miles away... and that position stands in regards to Hamas firing on Israelis, and even in regards to US drone pilots, they are all "necessary" sure, but without honor.

I study the bible but I do not take the bible literally, I view it as a metaphorical collection of symbols used to teach advanced moral lessons so I do not believe the physical Israel is necessary for Jewish people to feel like they have fulfilled God's will. On the other hand, I'm not Jewish, not biologically so. I don't blame they if they think they need to live in Israel near Palestine, I just want the suffering to end for them and also for those outside their nation.
