Since a uterus is a biological female organ, do you think that means it would most likely have dangerous or deadly results if a surgeon tried to transplant a uterus into a person born male?

Uterus transplants are rare but have already been successful happened about 100 cases worldwide but only on people born female.

Transplants from one sex to another are not recommended but they can be successful. Kidney transplants sometimes involve a female kidney into a male body, and vice cersa. That works because the organ performs teh same function in the male and female body.

A uterus transplant into a male would be extremely difficult, because the male body doesn't have the hormones, nor does it have the space for a uterus, nor a vagina or ovaries to connect it to.

I don't know if it would be dangerous or deadly, the male's immune system would most likely attack it and it wouldn't work.

Like anything, putting something in a body that doesn’t typically have that will try to remove it. Example: hormones. If you take hormones of the opposite sex then it will change your body permanently.

When you hook up a new kitchen sink you need to have the right plumbing to connect the sink to the hot and cold hookup and also the drain. If you try and connect a toilet there it will not work. I suspect it would be like that.
