Yeah that's wrong and i myself am guilty of doing this to avoid confrontations which i absolutely hate. Used to think being positive may motivate them but their lazy ass couldn't do shit without someone being an asshole to them.

Disagree. People improve because we have pride and to reach a goal. That resolve will always exist, it's what it means to be human.
