So lets say you are good at doing something... like driving or some sports. however you know of someone personally who is better than you at it. Does this bother you? if so how does it bother you?
No, someone being good or better at something doesn't take away from my experience. There's always going to be people who are better than you at something, spending your life as a green monster is only going to make you miserable

I think if its sometime you have really worked hard at , I've had this a number of times , I think of course you are disappointed , you maybe best in your school / group , but then you see reality.
Almost none of us can be the best in the world at anything. Unless someone is keeping score, it's not possible to directly compare two people, so there is no "best in the world"

It doesn't matter to me because I know there are people who are better than me. I tip my hat, if I wore one, to them.
