How are women's rights any better in the western countries when you guys have a judicial system that is failing women that have been sexually harassed, and what freedom of thought are you talking about? The cops in your western countries at times target people for peacefully protesting. Ignorance is also VERY common in the west, such as ignorance about colonialism whilst simultaneously living in a colonial country. These are issues found in every country, and should not be generalized to the Middle East. ALSO last point, fun fact: United Arab Emirates has been rated as one of the safest places for women you can search it up (very high rating on community index)

Countries, that oppress women and their rights as you have listed. Not so certain about Dubai however. Add to that hostility towards homosexuality and transgenderism. If that region is dangerous if not deadly for women and transgirls, then I don't want to be there.

Plus regions, that have turned into warzones as of now.

Plus Russia, North Korea, China, Africa, Japan (only because I've heard they do nothing in life but work, work and work).

I wouldn't move out of the United States. Even in the United States, there are a number of states I would be unwilling to move to. I prefer to stay in Florida. There are various regions of Florida I find preferable over others. Anywhere else would be a significant downgrade in freedom and lifestyle.

I've been to Qatar just 10 days ago and it's actually really nice. You have to pay no taxes no electricity and water and you used to get free money to start a business when you were 18. 180000 dollars. And even if you're a foreigner it's pretty cheap to live there and the infrastructure is really good. Women can dress any way they want there too actually.
