Men are expected to be manly, strong , dominant and breadwinners all the time in patriarchy.
The person making the decisions gets to decided if those decisions show favor to themselves. By definition, a patriarchy is a system where men make most of the decisions. That doesn't mean men will certianly make decisions that favor themselves but history has shown it happens more often than not.

Patriarchy is a society that is built by men for the benefit of men and for the subjugation of women. At least according to feminists.
So by definition, yes. If it isn't built by men, doesn't benefit men nor subjugate women then it doesn't fit the definition.
