Patriarchy exists in places like the middle East and some Asian countries, but here in the US there is no patriarchy. Women have all the rights men have, in fact they have more in some ways. Everything else can be explained by inherent differences between men and women, what motivates them, and what their priorities are, and thus the choices they make in life.
Things like differences in income or presence in power roles in business or politics are a result of women's priorities and life choices, not patriarchy. For example, women tend to be more successful than men in the business world before about age 35, climbing the corporate ladder faster than men their age. But then many choose to leave their leadership positions for various reasons. Many leave to have and raise children, and other just decide there is more to life that working 12 hours a day. They have husbands to do that.
Speaking of which, having a successful career is a choice for women, but a requirement for men if they are to be viewed as "successful". Women have choices in how they achieve success in life. For men, there is only one path, and it is a successful career.
That's not patriarchy, it's human nature. Labeling it as "patriarchy" is just another way feminists divide men and women and blame men for everything.

None. Most likely because we don't have it.
What we have is either oligarchy or aristocracy or at least something similar to that. It's when only a selected few members of society (the ruling class) have complete control over the entire society. Its usually them too, that are above the law. They may be known to the public (such as the only one's in power in the whole nation) or they may operate secretly in the background under the hood of democracy.
Since the times of emperors and kings and their aristocracy today nothing has changed since then except we call things different now and with more complexities and structurizations than in the past.
What Guys Said
It’s such horse shit that liberal arts types have made up. They misinterpret that the very tiny percent of over achieving men that run the upper echelons of society means that men in general have power/control over everything. They don’t take into account that men are the ones that are garbage collectors and ditch diggers too. The majority of men don’t have a say in anything in society.
It's a delusion created by the elite so they can keep the other 99% bickering with each other instead of uniting and ousting them
It's not as much in charge today than in decades past. Women have all the same rights as men even if they don't have the political or financial power on average.
Hollywood can make a buck off of it, so they do.
There is no such thing as a patriarchy. It’s a fictional boogeyman’s created by radical feminists
It is good when it stops abortion, bad in some other cases.
There is no patriarchy in the west.
