@OddBeMe All of them are, as well as all traditional media. Traditional media especially has been a propaganda mouth piece for many decades as was brought to light by the Church Committee investigations in the seventies and nothing has changed since then.
The perspective of the elites is that propaganda and mass psychological manipulation are essential tools in a functioning democracy. Books such as "Crystallizing Public Opinion" and "Propaganda" by Edwards Bernays outline and advocate for this belief.
