I'd say foreigners can too but, I'm just not sure if they know a lot about American states

I'm from Japan originally but I'm also a US citizen and spent a lot of time in the US so hopefully I count.
But one of my favorite states in the US is Texas. Everyone was so nice there to me. I even had this guy invite me to whitewater rafting with him and his family that I met in a bar and that was really fun.
I especially loved Rudy's Texan BBQ.
It's the first time I ever went to a restaurant where they actually ask you how many pounds of meat you want to order, like how many pounds of brisket (my favorite).
Also at least in San Antonio where I spent the most time, there were so many attractive women. The men tended to be a bit on the big side but lots of the women were so attractive and slim and personality-wise too being very bubbly.
I really enjoyed Texas. My least favorite state that I lived in was California but Texas and Hawaii were my favorites.
Also love authentic Texan chili without the beans and tomatoes. It's an epic comfort food for me now even though I also enjoy chili con carne with the beans and tomatoes. There was some great Mexican food there as well being right across the border from Mexico.
Mostly I enjoyed the people above all else. Everyone was so easy-going and down-to-earth and all know how to have a really good time. I miss Texas.
