The Democratic States of America does not prosecute young criminals. As long as they don't use guns to rob you, just punch and kick you... they are safe. Their reward is tens of thousands of dollars if they can get your expensive car.

Example stealing a Bentley SUV. They aren't immune though to invading homes, why would they?

Is it worth it. Should Americans, I mean people that live in North America regardless of whether they are legal citizens, purchase expensive cars?

That is too shallow to make sense of. What is a crime? I see a lot of crime in east coast that is not reported. If it isn't logged... it isn't recorded, and thus crime report lower.

Total crime per capita. Includes different crime severity like some cases of speeding, shoplifting, tax evasion and mass murder. I think violent crime stats are more useful to find out what or more who the real problem is.
