How can the East reach peak civilization if it it's so busy trying to stay in the past culturally?

I think there is only one industry in the east and it has been monopolized. The west is actually behind the east in this regard as the owners are working towards monopolizing all the industries here, too. It's just that there are more industries so they are taking longer because they occasionally set each other back in their attempts to dominate. But I think the era of competition is over and they realize that globally they will fare much better if they work together to end the protections from monopolies that democracy provides.

The opposite.

The people of the East are MORE civilised than the West. Mainly as the West believes in ideals and calls it "freedom". Then comes up with excuses when it goes wrong and gets abused.

Whereas in the East they try and work around families and common values, instead of to false ideals.

we do have freedom yet some countries of east (won't name) making great progress than us in all fields, they have more manners n behave in civilized way

at times total freedom or too much of it is destructive since not everyone r responsible or know where to stop

I'm saying rules and laws exist here. People don't have complete freedom. However, freedom is much more important compared to Eastern societies, who are more conservative and restricted.

I was only comparing the freedom we have with the freedom they have n despite us having more freedom than em they managed to make better progress than us

I am originally Russian but also an American citizen by birth, US is so dear to me n means lot to me
my friends, most of people I love n care about r from US
