Biden ended the Afghan war after 20+ years and brought the troops home.

The US has 900 soldiers in Syria and over 2000 in Iraq taking a side in those countries' civil war. The US has had soldiers in Iraq since 2002 and Syria since 2015. Those deployments are costing the US billions, and soldiers are in combat zones.

The USA should bring our service members home from everywhere except where we contract with a nation at their request to have a military presence there and they pay for it. We would likely remain in Japan, Korea and Philippines.

Ask yourself this about Biden - how many troops and people did he leave behind in Afghanistan to die, and how much in military equipment did he leave behind for the enemy, including military uniforms? So any of these clowns can pose a American troops. The Germans did that in WWII in the Battle of the Buldge.

I don't think we have enough troops there to stop them. Each of those countries is in a civil war and have more to worry about than Israel. Our troops are over there taking sides in the civil wars, and they are in syria without the country's permission.

So fun fact and funny story: Trump DID try to withdraw from Syria, and at one point was being falsely briefed by his own Pentagon that we were doing so, and that we weren't in other countries too. This was a huge scandal that got completely overshadowed by the "summer of love" and COVID despite the fact dozens of high ranking officers were involved and that offense is the equivalent of a felony. He gave at least one speech declaring his intent to pull out from Syria that got overshadowed at home by covering the Stormie Daniels scandal instead, but it created a diplomatic crisis for us in OIR with our "allies" since the CIA and State Department were promising essentially endless support. Ultimately, though the president is ostensibly the commander in chief, the government swamp has a lot more control over such issues than they're supposed to, and even a lot of elected legislators that pretend to be anti-war are anything but behind closed doors. Look at those same peoples' stances on every conflict under the sun today...

The agreement and plans to withdraw from Afghanistan were developed and made while Trump was in office, meaning the withdrawal was a policy of his. It was executed (poorly) under Biden.

Biden delayed the May 1 withdrawal date that he inherited. But ultimately his administration pushed ahead with a plan to withdraw by Aug. 31
