It depends whether you define human nature as utopian genetic design or whether you interpret human nature as societal organization and function. It also depends whether you define patriarchy as masculine visibility in conjunction with joyful female modesty or whether you define it as masculinity charged aggression and coercive monopolies in society over the physically weaker gender.
