Can it be easy to tell if someone’s a genuine rape victim?

People who make false rape accusations are absolutely disgusting. Number one you’re putting a innocent person away number two it hurts genuine rape victims.

There is people who regret sleeping with someone, there are people who get caught with someone and are embarrassed, there are also people who wanna get back at someone, wanna get attention, etc.

Seeing a genuine rape victim is heartbreaking. Rape is NOT sexy. Especially if you see most rapists. Weirdos who think it is have a mental problem.

You can tell they’re genuinely crying, they’re scared, they genuinely just seem so hurt. But when you see someone disingenuous it’s much easier to tell. It’s easier to tell they’re fake and trying too hard to sound like a victim.

Different people express their emotions differently. The first time recounting it will look much different emotionally than the 100th—or even 10th—for most people.

Don't assume you know whether someone is lying about rape just by their body language, facial expressions, or voice. Even if you know them. Not only is that unreliable, it's especially unreliable for people with mental disorders—and they have a higher risk of being sexually abused.

Actuall victims of rape whos rapist never faces any consequences are a bigger problem.

So its better to believe someone who claims to got raped. And see what evidences come up in court and hope there is enough proof for either case, and both accuser and possible rapist are judged fairly.

Unfortunately it happens. Any life ruined is a major problem. So many crimes aren’t prosecuted or pled down to a poop butt deal because they’re too lazy to go to trial.

It happens where real victims don’t get justice. But fakers get attention.

But if people wouldn’t lie about rape. Unfortunately it happens. It makes victims not believed. I’m not saying it’s right. Any claim should be investigated
