June 27th, CNN is hosting a presidential debate, and the requirements for participating in the debate is to be polling at least 15% in 4 different accepted polls and to be on the ballot in enough states to win 270 electoral college votes. Funny thing is, they forgot both Biden and Trump won't be on any state ballots till after their parties convention meaning the don't meet the requirement of being on enough ballots to win 270 electoral college votes.

I didn't view it has them trying to exclude Trump, rather the uniparty trying to exclude Kennedy. What likely happened is the debate was put together last minuet and CNN copied rules used by the commission on presidential debates forgetting they hold their debates after both parties hold their conventions and their candidates are on state ballots. Kennedy is on track to meet both the polling and ballot requirement and is ready to sue if he's barred from participating after meeting the requirements to participate. Would be really funny if Kennedy successfully sued CNN and was the only candidate on the debate stage, but likely won't happen as Kennedy already stated he's willing to make an exception on the ballot requirement.

Maybe CNN should have thought things trough instead of copying Commission on Presidential Debates rules for participating in Debates which always takes place after both parties have their convention. No, by polling they actually mean polling. Polling and ballot requirements are 2 separate requirements, meaning you have to meet both to qualify, and neither Trump nor Biden will meet both as they won't be on any ballots until after their parties has their convention.

I clearly stated in my post the ballot requirement, which is a candidate must be on the ballot in enough states to be able to win 270 electoral college. Let me explain the ballot requirement further, by the time the debate takes place June 27th, a candidates must be on the ballot in enough states that they can win 270 electoral college votes in November's election. A candidate doesn't have to be on the ballot in all 50 states, as long as their on the ballot in enough states to win 270 electoral college votes in November, they meet the ballot requirement portion of the debate requirements. Both Biden and Trump won't be on any state ballots by the time the June 27th debate takes place, as they won't be on any ballots till after their parties convention, which for Democrats will be in August. I don't like CNN either, but they are the one's hosting the debate, so best to go straight to the source.
I see. I guess I don't see what difference it makes. There isn't really a mystery over who will be the two candidates, at this point. Other than maybe some Trump supporters trying to sneak RFK in so he can mimic Biden as much as possible, there isn't likely to be any surprises.
I guarantee Trump supporters will not try and sneak Kennedy into the debates, as A: there will be no audience, and B: Trump supporters have been attacking Kennedy hot and heavy lately. Plus Kennedy doesn't need to sneak into the debates, he already meets the polling requirement's and will meet the ballot requirement by the time the debate takes place, and is ready to sue CNN if they bar him from the debates after meeting the requirements. The surprise will be CNN getting sued for letting Trump and Biden into the debates after not meeting the requirements but not other candidates even if they meet the requirements. Yeah, they have been trying hard to remind republicans that RFK is supposed to take votes from Biden, not trump. They know all they need is to get him on that stage so he can immitate Biden on national television just once and it may take enough votes from Biden to give Trump the edge he desperately needs. That's simply not True, both Biden and Trump supporters have been out spoken about not wanting Kennedy on the debate stage. Trump supporters aren't pretending, they actually are at odds with Kennedy, and know if Kennedy gets on the debate stage it's over for Trump, same with Biden supporters, they know it's over if Kennedy is allowed on the debate stage it's over for Biden. It's funny watching watching both Trump and Biden supporters accusing Kennedy of being a spoiler for the other side, when in reality Biden is the spoiler candidate. That's right, Biden is the spoiler for for Trump, in a 3 way race, Biden vs Trump vs Kennedy, Trump wins, in a 2 way race, Trump vs Biden, Trump wins my a larger margin, in a 2 way race, Trump vs Kennedy, Kennedy wins.

But again, trump supporters are only saying that to try to trick Biden supporters into wanting it. The only reason RFK is running is to help Trump get elected. His own campaign manager is on the record for saying as much. Anyone who pretends otherwise is also just trying to help Trump get elected - an admission that all of Trumps policies are garbage that can't get elected without trickery.

It's not a "conspiracy theory" when his own campaign manager openly laid out the plan to cost Biden electoral votes in blue leaning states. All of RFKs positions are of the far right. All of his donors are of the far right. All of his staff are of the far right. I don't support Kennedy cause I want Trump to win, I support Kennedy cause he's the only viable candidate willing to take on government corruption, and has a record of successfully suing corrupt government agencies and corporations. Look if I wanted Trump to win, it'd be easier just to vote for him instead of supporting Kennedy and his no spoiler pledge to defeat Trump.
