There actually are two or three doctors on the record, diagnosing Trump with early signs of dementia. Also, his father died from Alzheimer's disease. I am not sure how certain these signs are, but I tortured myself reading through that long Time Magazine interview and can attest to the fact that Trump expresses himself on the linguistic level of an eight-year-old child.
