It is upper east side NYC and northern Gold Coast of Long Island. INSANE WEALTH!! I subbed in a Long Island school district. Graduation the parking lot was FILLED with NEW cars with bows on them! Porsche, BMW, Corvette, Jeeps, it was mind blowing!! 😳🤷🏻‍♂️

I think it's neither of those places. Just because the dollars are high doesn't mean there's not a lot of debt.
I think the richest is somewhere like Montana
